Download the aID logo for use in user journeys when communicating that login will be performed, and as an indication of logged in state in user interfaces. Do not modify the aID logo.

Primarily the aID logo on a circular background should be used, white circle on dark background and blue circle on bright backgrounds. Please contact  aid.support@amedia.no  to clarify visual adjustments.

In order to use the aID logo you must have an agreement with Amedia to use the aID login solution.

Branding and communication

The user must understand that he or she is logging in and out using the brand “aID”. At the same time, the user experience should be that the user is logging in to the site’s own brand. The user journey must find a balance between these communicative needs. User journeys should be recognizable by the user cross different sites and create a feeling of safety and trust towards the login solution

Communicating logged in state and how to log out

When an aID user is visiting a site in a logged in state, this should be clearly visible for the user on the site at all times. There should also be an indication to which aID user is logged in. The indication should be visually placed in a way that can be naturally perceived by the user.

For legal and user experience reasons, the indication of logged in state must not require interaction by the user to appear. Furthermore the user must always have the possibility to navigate to  “Min aID”  and to log out. Any logging of user activity in combination with the user’s identity must cease immediately when the user logs out.
